The Company: Ideal Group started Business of Manufacturing and Exporting Leather Garments under the name of Ideal Leather Garments in 1984. Ideal (Pvt.) Limited came into existence on 13th Agusut 1986 as a Private Limited Company. The Company is engaged in Manufacturing and Export of Leather Garments and Products and ranks amongst the top six Exporters from Pakistan. Chairman: Mr. Fawad Ijaz Khan. Paid Up Capital: The Company’s paid up capital is Rs. 30,000,000/= divided into 3,000,000 shares of Rs. 10/= each.

Ideal Center

Production Capacity:
The Production Capacity of the Company is 200,000 Leather Garments and 200,000 Leather Hand bags etc. per annum. The product range includes Jackets, Coats, Skirts, Trousers, Hand Bags, Rucksacks, Traveling Bags, Bean Bags, Cushions and Carpets in Sheep, Goat, Buffalo and Cow Leather.

Work Force:
The Company has a work force of around 525 persons which includes all cadres of management, skilled and unskilled workers.

Turn-Over:
The Company is an export oriented organization and most of the products are exported.
The major export markets are Canada, Germany, France, U.K., Portugal, Greece, Norway, Finland, Czech Republic, Australia and United States of America. The Company’s annual turnover is around Rs. 450 Million (Approx US $ 7.5 Million).

Procurement Resources:
We procure Leather locally and get finished in Company’s leased tanneries in Korangi Industrial Area. We also import Leather from different countries of the world in wet blue stage, small quantities of finished leather are also imported from Italy, the trims and accessories such as Buttons, Zippers, Fur, Sticking Tape, Lining + Inter Lining are imported from Far Eastern Countries.
